What AI models does Veltoria use?
Veltoria offers four subscription tiers — Free, Pro, Pro+, and Power — each with access to progressively more powerful AI models. The Free plan includes our Lite model for everyday tasks, while Power unlocks our most capable Pro model for complex reasoning and analysis.
How much do I save with annual billing?
Annual billing saves you up to 17% compared to monthly. Pay once up front and lock in the discounted rate for a full year. You can switch between monthly and annual at any renewal.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your conversations are encrypted and stored securely. Your data is never used to train AI models, and conversations are never shared with third parties. When your chat history expires based on your plan, the data is permanently deleted.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time and get immediate access to the higher tier features. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens when I hit the free usage limit?
Free accounts include 150,000 tokens per month and 5,000 tokens per day, designed for casual use and trying out Veltoria. If you hit a cap, usage resets at the next day or month boundary. Paid plans give you substantially more headroom: Pro includes 5M tokens/mo (500K/day), Pro+ includes 2M tokens/mo (250K/day) with access to the more capable Plus model, and Power includes 8M tokens/mo (800K/day) with access to every model. If you need more, $5 overage packs are available on paid plans.
Do you offer refunds?
Veltoria subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel any time and you'll keep access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, after which your account reverts to the Free tier. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and PCI compliant.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to the Free plan.
