I forgot my password
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. You'll get an email with a reset link. If the email doesn't arrive within 5 minutes, check spam — or email us at support@veltoria.io.
My subscription charge didn't unlock the new tier
Subscription activation usually takes under 30 seconds. If you've waited longer, log out and back in. If the tier still hasn't updated within 5 minutes, email billing@veltoria.io with your account email and the Stripe receipt — we'll resolve it the same day.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in, go to your account settings, choose "Manage billing." You'll be taken to Stripe's secure billing portal where you can cancel, change plans, or update your payment method. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. Per our Terms of Service, cancellations are not refunded for partial periods.
Where do I check Veltoria's status?
A public status page is coming soon. For now, if Veltoria is down or degraded, email support@veltoria.io and we'll respond with current status and ETA.
Can I get a refund?
All Veltoria subscriptions are non-refundable, matching the policy of comparable AI services (Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft). Cancellation stops future renewals immediately; you keep paid-tier access through the end of your current billing period. Full policy in our Terms of Service.
I think someone else used my account
Email security@veltoria.io immediately with your account email and any details (unfamiliar logins, suspicious conversations, charges you didn't make). We'll lock the account, force a password reset, and review the activity logs with you.
