NxGen AI Labs ("we", "us", "our") provides the Veltoria AI platform ("Service") at veltoria.io. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your data. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Our core commitment: We do not use your conversations or personal data to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models — ours or anyone else's.
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password, or the profile information provided by your identity provider if you sign in using Google or Microsoft authentication.
Usage and interaction data. We collect metadata about your use of the Service, including session timestamps, features accessed, model selections, and token consumption. This data is used for billing calculations, abuse prevention, and service reliability. We do not log or store the content of your conversations for operational purposes beyond what is necessary to render your chat history.
Payment information. Paid subscriptions are processed by our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We retain subscription status, billing history, and transaction identifiers for account management and legal compliance.
Communications. If you contact us for support or send us feedback, we retain those communications to resolve your request and improve our service.
Technical data. We collect standard technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, and device identifiers for security monitoring, fraud prevention, and service diagnostics. This data is not used for advertising.

We do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties for advertising, marketing, or any commercial purpose unrelated to providing the Service.
We do not train on your data. Your conversation inputs and AI-generated outputs are processed solely to generate responses and deliver the Service to you. Veltoria does not use your conversation content to train, retrain, fine-tune, evaluate, or otherwise improve any AI model.
Conversation storage. Your chat history is stored to provide the history and memory features within the Service. Retention periods are determined by your subscription tier (see Section 8). You may delete individual conversations or your entire history at any time from within the application.
Bring Your Own Key (BYOK). Paid tier subscribers may optionally connect their own API credentials for third-party AI providers. When you use this feature, your conversation content is transmitted directly to and processed by that provider under their applicable terms of service and privacy policy. NxGen AI Labs does not intermediately store or inspect the content of BYOK conversations. You are responsible for reviewing the privacy practices of any provider whose credentials you connect.
We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers. We engage third-party companies to help operate the Service — including payment processing, authentication, sandboxed code execution, and communications. These providers are contractually bound to process your data only as directed by us and in accordance with appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of NxGen AI Labs, our users, or the public.
Business transfers. If NxGen AI Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your personal data becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
With your consent. We may share your information for other purposes with your explicit consent.
